Instructional Systems Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer - Training Specialist. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver all aspects of virtual classroom training Create engaging learning environments and develop storyboards and training materials Gather client information to determine instructional training objectives and ensure quality through peer reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a similar field Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes Experience with multiple delivery platforms including mobile and web-based Solid skills in visual design, course development, and learning content management systems Familiarity with SCORM and Section 508 requirements
