OverviewLabor Foreman – Earthwork and/or Sewer and WaterThis position is responsible for managing day to day operations in the field on specific projects. This position specifically oversees the activities and supervision of crew workers on construction projects not limited to earthwork / site grading, utilities, water, sewer, and more.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Quality and Safety are being executedUnderstand and enforce company policiesSupervise field forces & subcontractorsAttend client meetings and ensure work is in compliance with Contract DocumentsCoordinate efficient scheduling of crews, equipment, and materials and ensure back-up plansMaintain daily communication with PMs and General Superintendent including daily project reporting and time managementDaily reports and production unit reportingSub-subcontractor managementCoordinate job progress and success with PM, General Superintendent.QualificationsLaborers Union Card Holder (preferrable)Accountability with positive "Can Do" attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAdvanced plan readingProblem solving and conflict resolution skillsBasic computer skills (GPS knowledge a plus)Safety knowledgeJ-18808-Ljbffr
