If so, you might be ideal for the assistant manager position at our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is responsible for ordering kitchen supplies and equipment, managing team schedules, and monitoring costs so we stay profitable. You will supervise the restaurant staff's performance and must hire and train new team members. This position requires an excellent grasp of customer service best practices and must ensure our customers are served quickly. The assistant manager must also be available to work during normal business hours, which include weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: • Implement shift and operation schedules for team members • Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant • Verify that you and your team members are following relevant food handling safety requirements • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions on how to improve • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained Qualifications: • Food service industry experience is required • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: 16 - 18 hourly
