Property Manager Operation Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Supervise all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, vendor relations, and budget management.
Oversee all operations of our portfolio of single family homes.
Manage all team members to ensure tenants and clients satisfaction
Focus on Customer Service and proactive communication with leadership to ensure 100% client retention annually
Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Leasing and Marketing: Manage the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring high occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies and leasing initiatives.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to financial goals and reporting requirements.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs to ensure timely resolution and proper upkeep of the property.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing fair housing and property management practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management (5 years required)
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management and development. (2 years of team management required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations.
