Customer Service Supervisor
FTS has partnered with a business that is looking to hire a customer service representative. This position would be a 2 year contract role as our client migrates data to a new program
Qualifications:
3+ year of customer service experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Customer Interaction: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement effective changes to enhance service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues to management.
Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet service level expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer issues, implement new initiatives, and support overall business goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
