Experienced HVAC / Mechanical Installer – Tri-R Mechanical Services, Inc.Location: West Seneca, NY (Buffalo / Southtowns)Position OverviewTri-R Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Installer to join our installation team. This role focuses on commercial equipment installations including rooftop units, refrigeration systems, gas piping, and mechanical system upgrades. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience and can work independently or lead small crews on installation projects.ResponsibilitiesInstall commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and refrigeration systems.Perform gas piping installation, including threading and/or press systems (MegaPress).Install and modify refrigeration piping, including brazing and evacuation.Complete basic electrical connections including disconnects, controls, and wiring.Remove and replace existing equipment and components.Read and interpret job drawings, layouts, and specifications.Lead or assist installation crews on multi-day projects.Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and completed safely.Coordinate with project managers and dispatch on job progress.Qualifications3+ years experience in HVAC or mechanical installation (commercial preferred).Strong knowledge of piping, equipment rigging, and installation practices.Experience with gas piping, refrigeration piping, and basic electrical work.Ability to work independently and complete jobs with minimal supervision.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.OSHA certification preferred.EPA 608 certification preferred.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Overtime opportunities.Steady, year-round work.Opportunity to grow into lead installer or start-up technician.Work on large commercial and national account projects.Team-oriented work environment.About Tri-R MechanicalTri-R Mechanical Services, Inc. is a commercial HVAC/R contractor serving Western New York.
