Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and DeliveryLocation: Torrance, CAWe are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Labor and Delivery team for night shifts. In this vital role, you will be a key part of our hospital's mission to provide exceptional care to families during one of the most important moments of their lives. We have multiple full-time, 12-hour DAY or Night Shift positions available.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers, newborns, and their families.Collaboration: Work as part of a dedicated healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all patients.Clinical Skills: Apply your expertise to manage all phases of labor and delivery, from admission to postpartum care. QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Experience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.Licensure & Certifications:California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics (upon hire)Preferred: National certification in a specialty area is a plus. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: The base salary for this position is $109,425 to $149,252.Additional Pay: This role is eligible for a variety of additional compensation, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, and bonus opportunities.Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.
