Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry / PCU / Stepdown Location: Pompton Plains, NJ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,160 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift Information Primary Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12‑hour Night Shifts) Days Per Week: 3 shifts per week (36 hrs/week) Shift Type: PM / Night Shift Guaranteed Hours: Yes – 36 hours per week Floating Requirements: May float as needed to: 5E Med/Surg Holding Responsibilities Collect complete health history from patient, family, and medical records. Perform and document admission assessments within required timelines. Complete Braden Scale accurately and reassess patient needs regularly. Develop individualized, age‑appropriate plans of care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Update and revise care plans based on changes in patient condition. Prioritize and perform direct patient care safely and effectively. Delegate tasks appropriately according to caregiver skill level. Coordinate care using an interdisciplinary approach. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Licensure & Certifications Valid NJ RN License (Required) BLS – Required ACLS – Required PCCN – Preferred Experience 1–2 years experience in Cardiac/Telemetry 1–2 years Acute Care experience Proficiency in basic dysrhythmia interpretation Education BSN preferred; or currently enrolled in a BSN program.
