Maintenance Manager (Augusta)

Maintenance ManagerEnsure the optimal operation of machinery, equipment, facilities, and plant assets in a safe manner, as well as the optimization of human and material resources to achieve the objectives established by the organization.ResponsibilitiesEstablish strategies to sustain safety standards and environmental policies across all maintenance areas.Maintain basic 5S standards in maintenance areas, ensuring proper waste segregation according to environmental regulations, as well as spare parts organization.Develop the annual maintenance operating budget and control maintenance expenses throughout the year.Ensure that new equipment is received with complete documentation and validate compliance with requirements prior to handover to Production.Ensure proper planning and management of all repair and installation activities, fully coordinated with production requirements and balanced with equipment condition.Track KPIs and establish actions to ensure achievement of OEE targets, breakdown elimination, compliance with planned maintenance, and reduction of maintenance costs.Ensure that spare parts and consumables for the machines under your responsibility are available on the line/inventory.Create and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the maintainability of all machinery.Create and monitor personnel development to ensure strong technical knowledge at all levels of the department.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or similarPrevious Plant Maintenance Leadership experience within an Automotive manufacturing plantPrevious greenfield plant startup experience is beneficial
