This role blends strategy, storytelling, and consultative selling to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable value. VPs build strong relationships, collaborate across internal teams, and tailor solutions to client needsenabling agency teams to focus on client service while ensuring CMS solutions drive broader business goals.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to agency and client partners, building credibility and confidence. Develop growth plans aligned to client objectives, agency priorities, and CMS opportunities. Lead conversations that position CMS offerings as drivers of business value. Collaborate with internal product and activation teams to shape cohesive solutions. Create compelling narratives and materials that clearly articulate CMS value. Monitor pacing and forecasting across accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Model CMS values and inclusive leadership behaviors in all interactions.Qualifications812 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields, with a background in consultative sales or agency leadership. Proven ability to connect media solutions to client objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling. Experience partnering within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities. Compensation Range: $146,490.00 - $230,460.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
