Will keep projects on track, flag risks early, and maintain momentum with minimal supervision. Bring the vision to life through daily collaboration with Design, Licensing, factories, and cross functional partners—ensuring every product moves smoothly from concept to creation. Champion the licensor approval journey by submitting products through proprietary platformswith speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for brand alignment. Partner with our art team to guarantee assets are delivered on time, meet licensor expectations, and align with initial design submissions—all while ensuring costs hit the mark. Create detailed, factory-ready tech packs that include materials, BOMs, EOQs, productinstructions, and timelines. You update and refine documentation as products evolve. Serve as the go-to technical expert for factory partners, answering questions and clarifying specs to ensure flawless execution. Navigate production constraints with confidence, knowing what’s feasible and how to adjust tostay within manufacturing limits. Review and approve all samples and packaging—from silhouettes to stickers—providing clearfeedback to ensure every detail is accurate, on-brand, high quality, and licensor-approved before production. Build strong relationships with licensors, ensuring every product meets brand standards,receives timely approvals, and ships in perfect form. Master the details in our Product Development tracking documents, entering and updatingproduct data to keep all teams aligned and informed. Collaborate closely with the Quality and Compliance teams to identify risks early, resolveissues, coordinate product testing, and ensure documentation is complete across licensor platforms and internal systems. What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Product Development or 2-3 year’s related experience in productdevelopment/creation in the consumer goods industry (accessories, apparel, footwear, etc.)– fast fashion; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with product tracking tools and softwareExperience in bill of materials (BOM) creation, spec sheet (tech pack) creation, designtranslation, product, and material experienceUnderstanding and experience with the product creation lifecycle in consumer goodsindustryStrong attention to detail and organization to keep up with product changes through thedevelopment and production process. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Licensing Development a Plus!Salary InformationThe base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $31.54 - $39.42 hourly. Compensationmay vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’squalifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
