Locums - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania CRNA Float Pool Opportunity Clinical Role Join a flexible CRNA float pool providing anesthesia services across a variety of cases in a supportive clinical environment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking diverse case exposure with no call requirements and flexible shift options. Start Date: May 1, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Position Highlights:* No call required - excellent work-life balance * Flexible shift options (8, 10, or 12 hours) * Variety of cases with opportunity to work in both supervised and independent models * Exposure to OB, GI, and general anesthesia cases * Ideal for providers comfortable working independently across the full perioperative spectrumSchedule & Coverage* Monday - Friday * Shift start: 7:00 AM * Shift options:* 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8-hour) * 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour) * 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour)* No call requirementsClinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Hospital and procedural environments Patient Population: Ages 2+ Responsibilities Include:* Administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases * Performing pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care * Managing patients throughout the full perioperative process (pre-op to PACU) * Monitoring hemodynamics and responding to intraoperative changes * Collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teamsClinical Skills Required:* General anesthesia administration * Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals) * Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) * Airway management (intubation, LMA, difficult airway) * Ventilator management * IV sedation and medication titration * Pain management techniques * Comfortable performing C-sectionsImportant Abilities:* Managing anesthesia complications (e.g., malignant hyperthermia, hypotension) * Advanced airway rescue * Rapid decision-making during emergencies * Independently managing cases from pre-op through recovery * Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols * Comfortable in both supervised and independent practice modelsSupport & Technology* EMR: EPIC * Collaborative anesthesia care environmentRequirements* NBCRNA Certification - Required * Active Pennsylvania License - Required * Compact License Accepted * ACLS - Required * CSR - Required * DEA - Required * Vaccinations - RequiredRecruitWell can arrange a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
