In this entry-level role, you'll learn how to build carrier relationships, match freight with the right partners, and support the successful execution of shipments across our network.You'll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where strong communication, urgency, and problem-solving are key to success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to grow in the logistics industry.What You'll DoProspect, qualify, and onboard carriers to grow a reliable network.Build long-term relationships with carrier reps, dispatchers, and drivers.Source and match carriers to customer freight, negotiating rates and terms.Monitor active shipments, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.Ensure accurate load details, rate confirmations, and tracking updates in the TMS.Track and analyze carrier performance to drive loyalty and efficiency.Experience & Qualifications0–2 years of sales, logistics, customer service, or related experience (logistics preferred but not required)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentMotivated, competitive, and eager to learnProficient in Microsoft Office; TMS experience is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyBenefits at OTRCompetitive, uncapped commission structureFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO401(k) with company matchOffice happy hours & Friday lunchesWellness perksOn-site parking for a safe, easy commuteBe part of an exciting, growing teamPowered by JazzHR
