Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Associate located in Chicago, IL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting customers in selecting lighting and rigging products, and providing expert product guidance. Day-to-day tasks include generating sales quotes, managing customer accounts, collaborating with the team on sales strategies, and staying updated on industry trends and new products to drive success in a competitive and creative environment. Qualifications Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to assist clientele effectively and build lasting relationshipsSales and negotiation abilities to close deals and achieve sales targetsKnowledge of lighting, rigging equipment, and/or the entertainment production industry (film, television, performing arts, etc.)Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general computer skillsSelf-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities efficientlyAbility to work as part of a team and deliver solutions tailored to customer needsWillingness to learn about company products and services; prior experience in lighting and rigging is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldWillingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a focus on delivering quality service
