Overview You will act as the frontline technical expert for Temporal's developer community, helping users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments. You’ll troubleshoot intricate infrastructure issues, optimize performance, and build automation that improves reliability and developer experience. This role centers on solving distributed systems challenges at scale and shaping tooling and practices used by developers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive platform improvements and self-service capabilities, with mentors available as you ramp.
