The Robotic Integration Associate (RIA) is responsible for clinical account management, technical expertise, and customer support of the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System. The primary responsibility will be to support regional case activity as it relates to system utilization.What you’ll do:Work with Robotic Integration Specialists and Robotic Business Director to support regional account management that assists in driving customer satisfaction at current accounts.Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education.Assist Robotic Integration Team in the training and education of new and existing accounts.Work with the Robotic Integration Specialists to identify and support opportunities to drive existing customer satisfaction.Assist in customer satisfaction by focusing on case coverage.Support universities, VA facilities, and hospitals in account management activities.Escalate membership upgrade opportunities to the RIS or Senior RIS.What you’ll bring:Bachelor's Degree or EquivalentStrong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in fast paced environmentExperience with Google DocsTravel up to 75%Open to relocationClean driving record requiredSales experience preferredStartup experience preferredDental and/or private practice experience preferredWhat else?
This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. This is not a supervisory position.The position will require up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.This job operates in a clinical environment in the dental practice.This position requires the regular use of computer planning software & external hard drivesRegular use of the Yomi robot – train the trainerProlonged standing in the dental operatoryAbility to lift/push/carry items up to 50 poundsExtensive driving depending on territoryExposure to moderate/loud noiseReasonable accommodations may be made to enable candidates with disabilities to perform this role.Compensation
