You must meet specific eligibility requirements and submit your EDRP application within four months of your start date. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.Competitive Starting Annual Salaries: $250,000 – $315,000 per year; Additionally, employees may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in performance-based pay annually. Proficiency Awards may be available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives.
