Recruiter – Commercial Construction

The Recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, filtering, and interviewing prospective talent in an assigned geographic region. Talent needs will focus on the growth of project teams that align with operational demands, evolving needs, and expectations of the business.Lithko Contracting is the 2nd largest commercial concrete in the US and where construction professionals build their futures. As a Recruiter on the Experienced Hire team, you will help build the teams that construct some of the most impressive concrete structures in the US and will be an integral part of building the organization as we grow.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and leaders to understand the talent needs in locations within a geographic region.Execute the recruiting process as a trusted partner providing guidance, influence, and perspective to hiring managers and BURG leaders.Utilize internal databases, external sourcing platforms, and professional network to build talent pipeline with active and passive talent.Identify candidates with the experience, knowledge, and skills that align with operational needs.Recommend candidates to hiring managers based on capabilities and attributes that align with current and future operational needs.Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Build industry and market relationships in geographic region to promote Lithko, foster interest, and build talent pipeline.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition is required.Recruiting experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience is preferred.Job offer is contingent upon a successful drug test.You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort term disability insuranceLong term disability insuranceLithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
