Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.What You’ll DoProvide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environmentGreet Guests promptly and professionally upon arrivalVerify that Guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of ageMaintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendationsAccurately take food and beverage orders from Guests at the bar in a timely mannerDeliver food and beverage orders within designated time framesConsistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance salesSet up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintainedAssist in ordering liquor and bar-related supplies as neededWhat We’re Looking ForMust be at least 21 years of age Valid Food Handler Certification requiredApplicable State Certification for Alcohol Service requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience working at a full-service barAbility to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparationMust have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanorAbility to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twistAbility to lift up to 50 lbsReliable transportation requiredAdherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join Us?
