Our mission is simple – Do the Right Thing!Position OverviewAlliance RV is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance to lead the company's financial operations, accounting functions, reporting, tax and compliance activities, and other duties as assigned. This role will play a key leadership position in driving financial performance, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with financial strategy, process improvement experience, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field8–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experiencePrior leadership or management experienceStrong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controlsExcellent analytical, organizational, advanced Excel, and communication skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsCPA designation strongly preferredMBA or advanced finance/accounting certification is a plusExperience scaling financial operations in a growing organizationResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end close, and financial reportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAPProvide financial analysis, KPIs, management reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadershipEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirementsCoordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditorsStrengthen internal controls, policies, and financial proceduresLead and mentor accounting and finance team membersPartner with operations, HR, sales, and leadership teams to support company growth and profitabilityIdentify opportunities for process automation and operational efficienciesSupport mergers, acquisitions, financing activities, or strategic initiatives as neededCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities
