This is where you come in – we’re looking for aFinance Managerto join our Finance Team.Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, this role is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, maintaining key performance dashboards, and assisting with a variety of financial projects across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and manage Microsoft Excel worksheets to assist with complex financial analysis
Assist with monthly internal reporting and quarterly SEC reporting
Analyze current data, including through the use of AI, to assist the Finance department and Corporate oversight
Utilize ERP systems for monthly close and reporting
Utilize OpenAI Codex and Power BI for daily and monthly reporting to create actionable insight
Work collaboratively with other departments and subsidiaries
Other financial duties and projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Five or more years of full-time, applicable experience
Experience in public accounting and/or within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong MS Office skills
Experience working with ERP systems to support financial analysis and reporting
Power BI experience is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently on projects
