Harvard Medical School IT is seeking an IT Support Learning Designer to champion the technological empowerment of the HMS community and affiliated faculty.
In this pivotal role, the Learning Designer will lead the development of IT training resources and documentation, design and implement engaging digital and in-person learning experiences, and facilitate effective communication around technology initiatives and service changes.
