You’ll extend hospitality with heart in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to providing room rate quotes and confirming reservations.Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations, you’ll have the opportunity to:Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomesGuide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractionsProcess cash and credit card transactions strictly following established proceduresBalance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilitiesComplete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest foliosReserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groupsProvide guests with room rate quotesRespond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possiblePromote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departmentsHow You’ll Be RewardedMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceDiscounted Hotel & Resort StaysEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition Reimbursement401K Retirement Savings with Company MatchWhat You’ll BringProfessional appearance and a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand EnglishAbility to solve problems with a minimum of supervisionBasic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling proceduresAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environmentAttention to detail and strong organizing skillsBasic computer and office skillsHotel hospitality front office system knowledge a plusAbility to work independently or with others as neededHigh school diploma or equivalentOne year of guest services experience in a hospitality environment or one year of customer service experience in a service or retail environment preferredHow You'll Be RewardedWe offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
