Youll connect with warm, high-intent leadsno cold callingand guide them toward booking their first consultation.Youll work across phone, text, email, and chat, building quick connections, creating excitement, and helping clients feel confident starting their hair-free journey.This is a fast-paced, metric-driven sales role, where your performance directly impacts your earnings. Youll balance speed, accuracy, and exceptional service while delivering a standout client experience every time.Compensation:Base Pay: $20.00 per hourTotal Cash Earnings: $22.85+ per hour with commissionTop Performers: $36.00+ per hourSchedule:Part-time (1624 hours per week)45 hour shiftsMix of weekday and weekend shifts requiredBusiness Hours:MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 10:30 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM 10:30 PMSunday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PMPart-time roles are not eligible for full-time benefits.
