Jira Developer / Atlassian AdministratorLocation: Atlanta GA - Local Candidates Preferred Type: Full timeOur client is seeking a Jira Developer/Administrator to support and enhance Jira and Confluence environments for enterprise and government-focused initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Jira/Confluence environmentsWork with cross-functional teams to build and support applications using Jira Service DeskCustomize workflows, dashboards, permissions, and automationCollaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutionsConfigure and manage Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemesSupport Jira Service Desk implementationsDevelop and maintain dashboards, boards, filters, and workflow customizationsDevelop integrations and platform enhancementsProvide ongoing troubleshooting and end-user supportResearch, test, and implement Jira and Confluence add-onsAssist in developing custom integrations and extensions for Jira/ConfluenceCreate documentation, technical specifications, and test plans for new features and enhancementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned responsibilitiesTroubleshoot issues and provide user supportCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutionsRequired Skills2+ years of Jira Administration/Development experienceExperience working with Atlassian tools including Jira and ConfluenceExperience with ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting is highly preferredExperience with JQL and SDLC methodologiesExperience developing custom add-ons and integrationsAbility to automate and extend Jira/Confluence functionalityKnowledge of JavaScript (jQuery) and CSS for UI developmentExperience with Jira Service Desk, BitBucket, and JenkinsStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred SkillsScriptRunner & GroovyJavaScript/jQuery/CSSBitBucket & JenkinsJira Service Desk experienceAdditional RequirementsMust be local to Atlanta, GAAbility to obtain and maintain security clearanceNo travel required
