Maintenance Mechanic

**JOB SUMMARY:**We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‐to‐day facility repairs, support tenant and common‐area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‐maintained shopping center environment.**Key Responsibilities**+ Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation.+ Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas.+ Support apartment turns, including make‐ready prep and move‐in/move‐out inspections.+ Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.+ Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.+ Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.+ Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations.+ Participate in on‐call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Physical Requirements**+ Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and use of hand tools.**Qualifications**+ Related maintenance experience preferred.+ EPA Certification required for refrigerant handling.+ Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, moving aids, and mechanical equipment (power washers, blowers, compressors)The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
