Schedule - Multiple Shifts Available 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am - 3pm $182nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3pm - 1am $20Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm $22 - Work 36 hours and get paid for 40hours!Summary/ObjectiveIs responsible for the production of rubber and urethane products prior to shipment. Essential FunctionsOperate production machinery such as rubber presses, urethane equipment, or finishing tools.Perform part finishing, trimming, grinding, and inspection to meet quality standards.Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production of custom rubber components.Measure parts using basic inspection tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges).Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.Use rivet gun to install magnets into magnetic linerRequirementsAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings (strongly preferred).Manufacturing, machine-operation, or industrial experience helpful but not always required.Basic mechanical aptitude for operating presses and related equipment.Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting materials.Strong attention to detail for inspection and finishing tasks.Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.High school education or equivalentSkip the application and book your own interview now! or give our office a call at 715-483-2541.2764SCFSaint Croix Falls, WI 2764 125 North Washington Suite C1 Saint Croix Falls, WI 54024
