ResponsibilitiesSafety ManagerAs a Safety Manager, you'll lead the charge in building a culture where safety is more than a priority - it's a core value. You'll ensure best practices are implemented, compliance standards are met, and every team member goes home safe each day.HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsOversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and ExcavationQualificationsMinimum 7 years direct construction safety experience requiredDegree in a safety related field preferredOSHA 510 and or 500 a plusCHST or CSP preferredAdvance knowledge of construction safety standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredProficient Microsoft Office skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, AccountabilityOverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
