Sales Support Specialist

We're hiring a Sales Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, technical support, and inside sales support to our resellers, installers, and end-users across the U.S. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with sales responsibilities, allowing you to leverage your communication skills, creativity, and product knowledge in a dynamic environment. We'll provide comprehensive initial training and ongoing development focused on our innovative display products and effective selling techniques. Key Responsibilities Engage with new and existing customers via phone and email to provide product estimates, creative concept ideas, technical guidance, and process finalized orders. Perform inside sales activities, including recommending solutions, upselling where appropriate, collecting payments, and closing orders. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver responsive customer support to ensure seamless product integration and satisfaction. Follow up post-sale to resolve any concerns and provide ongoing account management and support. Maintain accurate records, organize files, correspondence, and customer data. Stay current on our full range of display systems, hardware, and services. Handle additional duties as assigned to support team success. What We're Looking For Proven experience in customer service and technical support, ideally in a sales or product-related environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with acute attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced, unstructured setting. Self-starter mindset – comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Google Word and Sheets; basic knowledge of Mac & PC systems. Some experience with graphical software (e.g., design tools) and the ability to read design plans/blueprints is highly desirable. Commitment to excellence, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to helping clients visualize and implement display solutions. Some level of design sensibility and professionalism. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience ($24/hour to start). Potential for bonuses or incentives tied to both individual and company performance.
