Right now, we are entirely pre-revenue. The founding team consists of seasoned builders, engineers, and product minds. We are bootstrapping this on nights and weekends while working our full-time day jobs because we believe in the product, and we want to build a healthy, sustainable tech footprint right here in the Flathead Valley.Because we are pre-revenue, we cannot offer a paycheck today. We are taking a massive bet on ourselves, and we want to take a bet on someone local in our community. In exchange, we are fully committed to investing in you. We will personally train, coach, and mentor you on advanced sales mechanics, outbound strategy, and how to build a business from scratch.If you are looking for a casual internship to pad a resume, fetch coffee, or passively shadow a few calls, please do not apply. If you partner with us at the ground floor, show up with an appetite to learn, and help us execute, you are writing your own ticket to the top.What You’ll Actually Be DoingYou will work directly with the founders to execute our initial outbound market entry strategy.Outbound Hustle: You will own the phones and emails. Your primary focus will be cold outreach, pitching, and onboarding initial users to our platform.Lead Sourcing & Data Management: Hunting down prospective partners, organizing data, and keeping a meticulous log of interactions.Feedback Gathering: Listening closely to user objections and feeding that raw data back to the founders so we can iterate on the product rapidly.Playbook Execution: Helping us test, fail, adapt, and ultimately build a repeatable sales playbook from absolute zero.Who This Is ForThe Scrappy Self-Starter: You view "no" as a challenge, not a stop sign. You have the grit to handle the rejection that comes with outbound sales.Professionally Polished: You will be representing our brand to local business professionals. You must be articulate, reliable, organized, and sharp.Coachable & Hungry: You don't need a background in tech sales, but you do need a sponge-like mindset.
