Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Montana, United States. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of our process control and automation solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver product presentations, generate quotes, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. This role involves traveling within the assigned territory to meet clients and understand their specific needs. Qualifications Proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindsetAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and identify business opportunitiesStrong understanding of process control, automation solutions, or related technical industriesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in CRM and other sales management toolsSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in an on-site roleWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as neededBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
