Travel RN - Cath Lab/EP

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position at a community hospital in Indiana, requiring a minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience and active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.Job Details• Work setting is a 104-bed community hospital Cath Lab,• 1:1 patient ratio,• Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (5x8s); staff may be required to stay until procedures are complete,• No after-hours or weekend call required,• No weekend requirements,• May float to inpatient or pre/post-op units on a task-only basis when cath volumes are low,• Charting system: Meditech,• No parking costs,Job Requirements• Active Indiana or Compact RN license required; pending licenses not accepted,• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS),• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required,• Community hospital experience required,• Proficiency in circulating, conscious sedation, and telemetry monitoring required,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply, provided they have cath lab experience,• Navy scrubs are provided,• Candidates must not have been directly employed by the facility within the 12 months prior to the assignment start date,• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are accepted and eligible for this position,• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial application,
