The primary responsibilities include the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Manager is also involved in employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.The HR Manager is also involved in all or part of these areas:reviews and processes bi-weekly payroll for all 4 corporationsmaintain employee timekeeping system and help resolve and discrepancies in timekeeping and time off calculationshandles all employment verification requestsrecruiting and staffing effortsorganizational developmentemployment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reportingemployee orientation, employee onboarding, development, and traininghandles background checks and drug screenings for new hiresenter new hires into timekeeping system and check over new hire paperwork for accuracypolicy development and documentationmaintaining company LMS (learning management system)Administering training to all staff either online or in personhandle all employee concerns/questions and help with termination/disciplinary discussionscompletes unemployment paperworkcompany-wide committee facilitationcompany employee communicationcompensation and benefits administrationemployee safety, welfare, wellness and healthemployee services and counselingThe Human Resources Manager supports the company objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.The HR Manager assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.We offer a competitive compensation package and a great work environment.
