Salesforce Lead Developer

techone IT is looking for a Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and desire to learn. Role: Lead Salesforce Developer (Full Time Role) Location: Phoenix, AZ (PHX metro area (PREFERRED) , but would also be willing to search in SF Bay area or Chicago metro. We are not looking for someone EST based at this time.) Worked in Enterprise Environment engaged in Security, Risk Managment & Compliance Lead Developer CI/CD Experience | GitLab, Harness and JFrog Artifactory Test Automation Experience - UI Path (preferred), or any testing tool like Selenium etc. Change Control Experience from an Enterprise level perspective Salesforce Certifications Experience Cloud (saleforce cloud) Experience with various data backup and recovery and sandbox seeding solutions Experience in other relevant programming languages such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Experience exposing and consuming Salesforce APIs and other web services (REST, SOAP) Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other) Experience building Salesforce Community site Minimum Qualifications Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field Minimum 8 or more years’ experience in software engineering or similar domain 5 or more years hands-on experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation, integration, and enhancement projects Extensive experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning, including Aura and Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex Code, form layout changes, workflow triggers & alerts, validation rules, custom objects, formulas, automated email responses, etc. Salesforce certifications in multiple related domains such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Advanced Admin, and Technical Architect Experience across multiple Clouds with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds being highly desired Essential Functions Drive and act as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform and any related programs, projects, and solutions Define and drive alignment to internal standards and best practices for the design, development, validation, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform Consult and coordinate across functional teams to define and deliver holistic solutions that align with Salesforce-specific and enterprise technology strategies and objectives Define and maintain a framework for ensuring delivered solutions are both fit for purpose (meets functional requirements) and fit for use (meets non-functional requirements including performance, quality, security, etc.) Provide technical leadership and expertise to define a forward-looking plan and roadmap for the Salesforce platform that addresses current problems and opportunities while positioning us for the future as well Represent Salesforce engineering across other technical and non-technical domains to present sound and thoughtful arguments to persuade others and drive consensus around envisioned solutions Actively lead in the engineering of more complex aspects of the platform and planned solutions Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Job Type: Full-time Pay: $81,179.70 - $150,976.59 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Phoenix, AZ 85003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
