Local & Regional Truck DriverPosition: Local & Regional Truck Driver (Hazmat Endorsement Required within 90 Days reimbursement provided)Requirements:At least 3 months Class A CDL experience within the last 3 yearsMust live within 50 miles of Pleasant PrairiePay:0.63 to 0.75 CPM$3000 sign on bonusBreakdown $25/hr after 2 hours up to $300 for the day depending on the breakdown typeTraining is usually 3 days and driver will earn mileage and stop pay as above while training.Hourly/Safety pay - $20/hrBackhauls will pay $30 when picking up a backhaul at a vendorAdditional Compensation: $100/week to help cover unexpected situationsPosition Details:Run transfers between distribution centers in WI, IN, and MIDeliver to 40 grocery stores across Northern IL, IN, WI, and MIPickup backhauls returning to Pleasant PrairieOutbound store shipments are drop-and-hook from DCs to delivery locationsBackhauls are primarily drop-and-hook (approx. 85%), with occasional live loadsNo-touch freight; drivers are not responsible for freight handlingDrivers scheduled from Chicago should verify commute feasibilityShift Details:Schedule: Fri-TuesStart Time: 0000 (12:00 AM/Midnight)Drivers need to expect to stay out an average of 1-2 nights each weekDrivers get 7 paid days off in their first year (7 PTO days). After 1st year, drivers get 10 paid days off (10 PTO days)
