Constructor Tech is enlarging a Partner Account Management Team within Channel Sales department to recruit net new partners and enable existing partners to sell Constructor All-in-One platform for education and research.RESPONSIBILITIES:Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify potential partnersSearch for EdTech providers in the dedicated geographies, which might become potential Constructor Tech partnersBuild the list of potential partners to outreach, conduct research on their nature, what products they resell or develop, who their customers are, outreach via calls, social media, emailsEngage, activate and enable new partners with Constructor Tech sales and marketing tools and programsInitiate Partner Onboarding and Enablement Program with each engaged partnerMake partners sell Constructor Tech solutions to existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to partner and help to retain existing customer to partnerTrain new partners with existing and new productsDevelop relationship with key decision makers on partner sideSupport new partners on daily basis on business and technology developmentEstablish weekly or bi-weekly cadence with each engaged partnerEngage Constructor Tech presales and technical support teamsGenerate sales pipeline with a partner working together on existing customers (account mapping), lead generation campaigns, events / webinarsConduct joint business planning (partner development plans)Guide throughout the integration process when a partner integrates Constructor Tech solutions with the platform they sell / developDocument each interaction with a partner in a corporate CRM system (HubSpot)SKILLS:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might haveKnowledge on HubSpot is preferredPunctual, reliable, and strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-upFlexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategiesEXPERIENCE:Equivalent industry experienceChannel sales\ Partner account manager \ Channel development position within a software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing experience in the software industryIn depth channel and field sales experience with understanding of EdTech market and SaaS business modelStrong presentation, communication and planning skillsWhat We OfferChoice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.)⏰ Flexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET)Remote work in locations without our officesHybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote)Constructorfosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
