We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.Kore is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business.Scope of Role The Client Success Analyst will support Client Success Managers in the execution and delivery of client engagements across the entire client lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing use of our technology and services by assisting with onboarding, reporting, client communications, and project coordination.You will work closely with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams including Product, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered efficiently. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about sports and entertainment technology, client service, and data-driven solutions.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be responsible for:Client Lifecycle Support:Support Client Success Managers in managing client accounts throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal preparationAssist with onboarding activities to ensure clients successfully implement and begin using our technology and servicesCoordinate client meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completedMaintain documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, and account updatesAccount Execution & Project CoordinationHelp execute account plans developed by Client Success ManagersTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure work is delivered on scheduleAssist with preparing materials for client meetings, presentations, and business reviewsSupport the coordination of internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed efficientlyClient Adoption & Account Health MonitoringMonitor product adoption, usage trends, and key client health metrics across assigned accounts to assess overall account healthIdentify early warning signs of declining engagement or adoption risks and surface insights to Client Success ManagersPartner with Client Success Managers to develop and execute action plans that improve adoption and mitigate potential risksPrepare insights to support client updates, business reviews, and proactive account managementCross Functional CollaborationWork closely with Client Success Managers to communicate client needs and feedback internallyCoordinate with Product and Engineering teams to track client questions, feature requests, or technical issuesSupport marketing initiatives by helping identify client success stories or insights that could be used for case studiesClient ExperienceHelp ensure clients have a positive experience with our technology and servicesRespond to client inquiries and assist in resolving issues by coordinating with internal teamsPromote best practices and support clients in optimizing their use of our solutionsWhat we're looking for:Experience: 0-2 years of experience in client support, account management, customer success, consulting, or a related roleExperience or strong interest in sports, entertainment, technology, or SaaS environmentsExposure to client-facing environments or project coordination is a plusSkills: Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasksAnalytical mindset with an interest in working with data and reportingStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learningAbility to collaborate effectively across teamsTechnical Proficiency Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plusBasic experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Interest in SaaS platforms and data-driven technology solutionsThe range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.$70,000-$75,000
