🚨 HIRING: Endpoint Services Specialist – Central | Miami, FLWe are currently looking for an experienced Endpoint Services Specialist for an exciting onsite 1st-shift opportunity in Miami, FL.📍 Location: 900 NW 17th St., Miami, FL 33136🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite🕐 Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift💼 Experience: 3+ years🎓 Education: Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred/required🏥 Healthcare IT: Preferred, but not required📝 Right to Represent: Required🔧 What You'll Be DoingThe Endpoint Services Specialist will provide advanced endpoint and application support across an enterprise environment, including:• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows endpoint, application, hardware, and software issues• Manage escalated trouble tickets and incidents from identification through resolution• Perform diagnostics and research to identify root causes• Support business and clinical applications and related modules• Collaborate with network, application, project, and technical teams to resolve complex issues• Provide Tier 2/advanced support to end users and internal customers• Configure and support specialty portals and email accounts• Conduct one-on-one training for users on specialty applications• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources• Communicate incident and project status to management• Provide guidance and backup to other technical support specialists🎯 What We're Looking ForWe're particularly interested in candidates with:✅ Strong Windows endpoint support experience✅ Enterprise IT/Desktop/Endpoint Support experience✅ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills✅ Tier 2 / escalation / incident management experience✅ Application support experience✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills✅ Experience working across technical teams✅ Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 proficiency✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively✅ Healthcare IT experience is a plus, not a requirementIdeal backgrounds: Desktop Support Specialist, Endpoint Support Specialist, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, Application Support Specialist, or similar enterprise IT roles.📩 Interested?
