Job SummaryCity Cellars HTX is seeking reliable, efficient Bussers to help maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming dining environment. This is a vital role that supports both our front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable experience. Ideal candidates are attentive to detail, hardworking, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset and pride in keeping the guest spaces pristine.Key ResponsibilitiesClear and reset tables swiftly and thoroughly between seatings to maintain pace of service.Support servers by refilling waters, running condiments, and assisting with guest needs during busy service windows.Keep the dining room, entry, and patio spaces clean and organized at all times.Perform regular restroom checks and maintain cleanliness and restocking of supplies throughout service hours.Assist with cleaning public-facing areas including patio, bar, and front entryway.Ensure proper sanitization practices are followed in accordance with health and safety standards.Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth transitions between tables and positive guest impressions.Report any maintenance, cleanliness, or service flow issues to management promptly.Be prepared to assist in other cleaning or service-support tasks as needed.Ensure restrooms are checked regularly for cleanliness and restocked as needed.Maintain interior and exterior windows by wiping smudges and ensuring visibility and polish.Assist with polishing glassware to maintain a high standard of presentation and readiness for service.QualificationsExperience as a busser or support role in a restaurant setting is preferred.Ability to stay calm under pressure and move efficiently through busy dining rooms.High attention to detail, particularly with sanitation and visual cleanliness.Friendly, helpful attitude with a team-first approach to service.Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods.Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.What We OfferSubsidized health insurance (eligible from day one; increased employer contribution after 90 days)Standard Paid Time Off policy (vacation, personal, and sick days)Steady, set scheduleUniform reimbursement eligibility after six monthsDaily family mealTeam-oriented, supportive cultureOpportunities for growth within City Cellars and future Howling Hospitality venues
