Our current Operation Manager yearly pay range from $50,000 to $75,000 depending on their experience. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):Ability to lead and develop teamSound planning and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experienceConstruction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
