GroundUP Restaurants is hiring a Regional Director to manage the health and growth of its Lincoln operations.The Regional Director will be the facilitator between corporate goals/expectations and implementation of these at the store level by coaching management teams to excel at operational standards and achieve sales targets.Duties include but aren't limited to:Ensure brand consistencyReview store performancesManager training and support staff training in generalCost Control (food, labor, inventory, etc.)Maintain City/State compliancesService and maintenance of equipmentElevate guest experience (exceptional service, community outreach, etc.)Strategies for growth and operational improvementStarting Salary: $70K - $80K depending on experiencePerformance bonusesPaid Time OffSick Leave (separate from PTO)Medical / Dental / Vision insurance options *company pays a percentage of medical premiumMileage reimbursementFree and discounted mealsRequirements for the position:Commercial kitchen experience 2 years min.Management experience 2 years min.
