Municipal Engineer

Job DescriptionMunicipal Engineer opportunity! Opportunity to work with communities to design and plan their local municipal projects. Be a part of a close team in a small community in Wisconsin. Role / Responsibilities: **Preparation of plans for streets and utilities using Civil3D software **Preparation of details, specifications, and bidding documents **Construction observation and administration of projects **Preparation of regulatory permit applications for projects **Preparation of technical reports for projects **Project-related client contact by telephone, email and in person **Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff **Project management including successfully completing projects on time and on budget Requirements: **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with two years of civil engineering experience is required **The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of previous municipal engineering experience including design and construction of streets and utilities **Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role **Civil 3D experience preferred ** EIT / PE license would be a plus Please contact Laura Harrison for further details: laura@harrisonconsultingsolutions.com 517-906-6926
