Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.Job QualificationsMust be able to work 3 overnight audit shifts per week. Hours are flexible to be 10 pm – 8 am and or 11 pm – 7 am on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.Must be highly responsible and reliableA minimum of 2 years in a customer service focused role and/or related hospitality experienceMust be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectivesMust be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to attend to guests, employees and management in an attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner which requires customer service as well as written and oral communication skillsComputer literate in Opera and Microsoft applicationsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow employees and departmentsAbility to access and accurately input information into a computer using Excel software and other various software programsProficient in basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without errorProficient in Office machines: operate calculator/10-key by touch, copier, fax, telephoneMust possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accuratelyFlexible schedule (Overnight is a must, Weekends & Holidays)Ability to lift, pull, bend, and push moderate weight and stand and or sit for 8 hours or more a day
