Housekeeper

Job Summary: This is a temporary position and work is on an as needed basis. We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and be able to work independently, following a routine schedule. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Duties: - Clean and disinfect all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces. - Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. - Clean carpets and upholstery as needed. - Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing. - Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas, including the cook's station and walk-in pantry. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that guests are satisfied with their stay. - Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment. - Work effectively as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and deadlines. - Follow safety and security protocols and procedures. - Keep all areas of the hotel organized and clutter-free. Skills: - Experience in housekeeping or custodial work. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized environment. - Proficiency in floor care and carpet cleaning techniques. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with residential and commercial cleaning. - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. - Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures. - Ability to follow safety and security protocols and procedures. - Experience with laundry and laundry equipment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong housekeeping management skills. Please Note-: July 1st through July 19th and possibly extending one more week until July 26th.
