Help Desk Support Tech
Pomeroy is hiring!! We are assisting our automotive client identify and hire several *Help Desk Support Techs* for a 6-month Citrix migration. This will be 100% remote. $22 an hour
*DAY to DAY Responsibilities:*
* Assist end user on level 1 support after Citrix to Azure migration has been rolled out.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* 2 years of Desktop/Help Desk support
* Proficient with Win 10 and 11 Operating Systems
* Software installation and troubleshooting experience
* Citrix OR Virtual Desk experience a plus
* Strong communication skills
*$22 an hour-100% remote; must live in TN, FL, GA, SC, AL*
\*\*Qualified candidates must be able to pass successfully, a nationwide criminal background check and a 10-panel drug test\*\*
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
