Administrative Assistant -- Sales Support

Job Description FTG International is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Sales and help keep daily sales operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant will assist with a variety of daily sales and administrative tasks, including:Entering new sales orders accurately and efficientlyEntering new purchase orders and assisting with order documentationAnswering incoming phone calls in a professional and helpful mannerSorting, reviewing, and researching customer requestsFollowing up with potential new customers after quotes have been providedFollowing up with existing customers regarding recently quoted products or servicesAssisting with customer communication by phone and emailSupporting the sales team with general administrative dutiesHelping track open quotes, customer requests, and order status updatesMaintaining accurate records and organized documentationIdeal CandidateThe right candidate will be someone who is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
