We carefully seek out the best people and trust them to make a difference in helping our clients navigate forward with confidence.Our culture is built on the following principles:Relationships - We give our best to our clients and to each other.Growth & Development - We get better every day.Teamwork - We accomplish great things together.Key responsibilities include:Sage Intacct & Technology Implementations:Conduct analysis and design processes for Sage Intacct in the areas of: Core Financials, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Project/Grants Tracking & BillingCommunicate the benefits of Sage Intacct solutions to stakeholders and design solutions that meet customer needsCollaborate with teams and clients to assess accounting systems, processes, and needs throughout the implementation discovery processProvide proficient explanations of the accounting system, configuration, business processes and technical architecture of Sage IntacctLead software implementation and integration, including training and support for client adoptionPerform solution design, system testing, testing, training and go-live activitiesCreate customizations using Platform Services and evaluate new Sage Intacct featuresManage client engagements, relationships, and provide post-implementation supportAssist with special accounting/advisory projects and mentor Sage Intacct Implementation AssociatesSupport project management activities and seek opportunities to grow department revenueSage Intacct Practice & Client Management:Provide Sage Intacct product expertise and support for: implementation team, SIAP teams, and clientsOversee client support portal and processes to ensure effective client serviceBuild strong client relationships and loyalty, providing proactive recommendationsManage Sage Intacct renewals, subscriptions, and client payments; create/manage quotes and ensure billing accuracyTrack and develop opportunities within the client base using HubSpotMaintain up-to-date client information in systems; resolve customer/vendor issues as neededDesign, lead and manage onboarding for organizations using Sage Intacct joining Abdo servicesSupport sales and demos for new client acquisitions as neededParticipate in marketing events, sales meetings, and Sage VAR Partner callsProvide reporting and revenue forecasting to management; collaborate with leadership to enhance service offeringsAnalyze new functionality in quarterly releases and communicate via newsletters to client baseIdeal Manager candidate has:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a technology-related fieldSage Intacct Implementation Specialist certificationMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Sage Intacct implementation consultantIn depth knowledge of accounting (or demonstrable experience of accounting processes)Sage Intacct implementation experience in Core Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Cash Management, Basic Sage Intacct Budgeting), Project/Grant Tracking & Billing, Sage Intacct Planning, Dynamic Allocations, Fixed Assets and Inventory ManagementStrong commitment to and in depth experience with custom Sage Intacct reporting and dashboardsAdvanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc.) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer dataDemonstrated expertise supporting Sage Intacct with key Marketplace Partners such as BILL, Ramp, and Martus SolutionsCPA certification and project management experience preferredDesire to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative spirit and adaptability to changeStrong communication skills in speaking, writing, and presenting; self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyEnthusiastic about leadership with aspirations to lead a practice and become a firm partnerAttracting, developing, and retaining the best employees are our highest priorities at Abdo. The estimated base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $140,000. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, skills, and business needs.All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance, special projects of significant importance, or other major accomplishments.
