Marketing Specialist

Purpose:You will support the execution of our digital marketing strategy, contributing to brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial growth across our target markets, including events marketing.Working closely with the VP of Global Sales & Marketing, you will help translate strategic priorities into structured, measurable marketing activities. Your focus will be on execution excellence, performance optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Consulting teams.You will represent our values in every initiative: ownership of results, commitment to quality, and collaboration across teams.To succeed in this role: You will effectively execute digital campaigns aligned with commercial prioritiesYou will work with agencies to complete projectsYou will contribute to generating qualified leads that support pipeline growthYou will ensure consistency and professionalism across digital and physical channelsYou will collaborate proactively with Sales to align campaigns and drive revenue growthYou will monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise activitiesYou will bring structure, organisation, and reliability to marketing operationsYou will take ownership of deliverables and deadlinesYou will manage marketing costs and ensure they remain within budgetYou will contribute to customer successIn this role, you will:Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO and social media to drive lead generationSupport website updates, landing page creation, and conversion optimisation initiativesAssist in developing and publishing content (articles, case studies, webinars, and insights) in collaboration with subject-matter expertsManage campaign setup, tracking, and reporting using social media or search engine ad platforms and CRM toolsMonitor, analyse, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing return on investment (ROI) upon project completionCoordinate with external providers or agencies where applicableCollaborate with partner marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint initiativesSupport sales enablement with marketing materials and campaign follow-upMaintain marketing databases and ensure CRM hygiene related to campaignsStay informed on digital trends and suggest improvements based on best practicesWork collaboratively with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure a strong end-to-end client experiencePlan and produce promotional events, such as conferences, product launches, and webinarsDesign aesthetically appealing marketing materials.You are expected to bring:Strong computer proficiency and experience working with a range of digital marketing tools and software, including keyword planning applications, content management systems (HubSpot knowledge would be ideal), email automation tools, social media platforms, and analytics toolsAbility to innovate and develop novel ideas are essential for sharing feedback with teams, building new strategies and executing new projectsCreativity to understand diverse perspectives on marketing concepts to develop unique campaigns that appeal to the Foregenix's target audience3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, technology, or professional services environmentsPractical experience with SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and analytics toolsUnderstanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation processAbility to work with performance metrics and translate data into actionable insightsOrganisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsA proactive, collaborative, and improvement-oriented mindsetFluency in English; working knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
