This role manages a team of approximately 20 direct reports and serves as a key operational link between Project Managers (PMs), Project Coordinators (PCs), warehouse shipping and receiving, and customer-facing teams. The Integration Manager is accountable for workflow coordination, team performance, and alignment of integration activities with project timelines and customer expectations.Key ResponsbilitiesLead, manage, and develop a team of 20 integration technicians and leads, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and performance standardsOversee daily integration operations, including staging, configuration, testing, and preparation of customer equipmentCoordinate closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to align integration schedules with project timelines and prioritiesPartner with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate inventory flow, material readiness, and timely outbound shipmentsServe as a point of escalation for integration-related issues impacting quality, timelines, or customer deliverablesEnsure all integration processes follow standardized procedures, quality controls, and documentation requirementsMonitor workload distribution and staffing needs to maintain productivity and meet operational demandsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and throughput within the integration functionMaintain visibility into project status and provide regular updates to operations leadership and cross-functional partnersSupport customer interface needs by ensuring deliverables meet specifications and quality expectationsCollaborate with leadership to forecast labor needs, plan capacity, and support business growthEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises approximately 20 integration team membersProvides coaching, performance feedback, and development planningResponsible for performance management, and corrective action as neededThis position reports on-site 5 days per week. This is not a remote position.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, integration, manufacturing, or related operational environment3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management roleDemonstrated ability to manage large teams and coordinate cross-functional workflowsExperience working with project-based operations and customer deliverablesKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive accountability and performanceAbility to coordinate complex workflows across multiple functions including project management and warehouse operationsStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organizationProblem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvementWorking knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse processes, and integration or configuration activitiesAbility to balance operational execution with strategic planningWorking ConditionsPrimarily based in a warehouse and integration environmentRegular standing, walking, and interaction with equipment and materialsMay require occasional extended hours based on operational demandsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds as neededAbility to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination
