Scrum Master with Java application development

Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to allow teams to perform and accelerate delivery · Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events · Identifies, tracks, and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow · Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team · Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership · Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement Responsible for team effectiveness in products and solutions delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and sponsors/stakeholders from Management team Facilitate effective and focused team meetings/standups Strong organizational skills to address changing priorities Possess high level of adaptability and flexibility to manage all in/out of scope work items Focus on driving the project’s critical components to completion and escalate when necessary The ability to remain calm but to actually thrive under pressure Hold themselves well as team members accountability/ownership for all deliverables Manages and tracks risks, issues and proactively look for mitigation options Focus on details and follow-through during lifecycle of project Fulfill and complete all required documentation (ex.
